Kyle Kolakowski, RMT, has been in practice for over 20 years, following his graduation from the Boulder School of Massage Therapy in 1995. Kyle has owned and operated Boulder Sports Massage since 1996, and has worked with the Boulder Sports Chiropractic Center since 2002. In 2012, Kyle also started providing work-injury related rehabilitative massage through Arbor Occupational Therapy, Alpha Rehabilitation, and Medically Based Fitness (MBF) in Boulder. Kyle is registered as a Massage Therapist in the state of Colorado, and has been a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since 1995.
Kyle specializes in providing performance-enhancing, pain-relieving massage that allows you to take the benefits of your bodywork off the table and into your daily life. Drawing on his athletic background, Kyle combines an extensive knowledge of muscular function with an intuitive
attention to your specific needs. Using active listening to customize his work to you, he is able to perform thorough and deep tissue bodywork with empathy, providing a massage that is both stress reducing and therapeutic in the long term.
Kyle has worked with a wide variety of clients that range from professional cyclists, runners, and swimmers, to weekend warriors and student athletes, to gardeners, chefs, musicians, and the aging population. Kyle not only offers vigorous sports massage and deep tissue massage, but also is skilled in providing therapeutic massage that is geared toward relaxation and stress-reduction, and is not exclusively from an athletic point of view.
